Delete your PawCare account

In the app (fastest)

• Sign in and open Settings.
• Go to Your data and choose Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account, pets, health records, photos, posts and other content are permanently deleted straight away from the live service.

By email, if you cannot sign in

Write to ⟦to be completed⟧ from the address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What happens to your data

• Deleted from active systems immediately, and from backups within 30 days.
• Reports about content and the decisions taken on them may be retained where needed to handle appeals or meet legal obligations.

You can download a copy of your data before deleting (Settings → Your data → Export).
