These Terms govern your use of Zampa (the “Service”), a pet-health and animal-community platform operated by El Makina Digital (Bureau 93, Complexe Bizerte, Bizerte 7000, Tunisia, tax code 1918532G), contact mustapha.zoghlami@el-makina.tn. By creating an account you agree to them.
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
You keep ownership of your content, and give us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it in the Service so that it works. You promise that you have the right to post it. You must not post or do any of the following:
Every post, comment, report, listing and message has a Report action, and you can block any user. We review reports promptly and aim to act on clearly illegal or harmful content within 24 hours.
When we remove content or restrict an account we tell you why (a statement of reasons) and you can appeal from the notice you receive. Details are in our Content Moderation Policy.
Zampa connects people; we do not verify users, shelters, animals or reports and are not a party to any adoption or exchange. Take normal precautions: meet in public places, ask for documentation, and never send money to someone you have not verified.
The AI features are informational and can be wrong. They are not a substitute for a licensed veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a vet immediately. See the AI Disclaimer.
Where the Service lets shelters and independent pet sitters offer boarding, Zampa only puts owners and providers in touch and passes on requests. The stay is an agreement between the owner and the provider: Zampa is not a party to it, does not employ or supervise providers, and does not guarantee a place, a price or the care given. Prices shown are estimates; payment is made between you and the provider.
Providers must give accurate information, may only accept animals they can look after safely, and are responsible for the animals while they are in their care. Sitter listings are reviewed by us before they appear, which is not an endorsement. Owners should meet the provider before leaving a pet, share any health or behaviour needs, and keep their pet’s vaccinations up to date. Reviews must be honest and about a real stay; you can report listings and reviews, and we may remove them.
Paying online. Where a provider accepts card payments, your card is only held when you send a request and is charged only if the provider accepts; if they decline or do not answer within six days the hold is released and nothing is charged. If you cancel at least 7 days before check-in, or the provider cancels at any time, you are refunded in full; a later cancellation by you is not refunded automatically and is settled with the provider. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to the provider, and Zampa keeps a platform fee that is shown before you pay and is returned with any refund.
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, or for content posted by users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Your data). We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, and will explain why.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring a dispute before the courts of your place of residence.
